Sara Blackmer Delivers Keynote at the 2024 National Defense Industrial Association ROTC Awards Banquet
Sara Blackmer, Senior Partner at Solyco Capital, recently gave a keynote at the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) ROTC Awards Banquet. It was the 67th annual banquet for the Michigan chapter.
Sara who had been a cadet at the event 28 and 25 years prior spoke to the values of leadership, camaraderie, and relentless positivity.
The event recognized the academic and leadership accomplishments of approximately 90 cadets and midshipmen enrolled in Michigan ROTC programs. NDIA believes we have a duty to support future generations of leaders as they take on obligations as officers in our Armed Services.
Sara’s family has a multi-generational tradition of service to country. She too is a veteran.
