FluidLogic Raises $15M in Funding  

Covered by Forbes, Sports Business Journal, FluidLogic manufactures hydration/water systems primarily for motorsports drivers, has raised $15 million in a Series A extension round.

Solyco Capital, a Rochester, Michigan-based private equity firm, led the latest investment. Solyco has held a minority stake in FluidLogic since 2021.

Per the Forbes article, ‘FluidLogic has struck numerous deals in on- and off-road motorsports leagues, including NASCAR, IndyCar and IMSA.’

“Hydration is a driving pillar of peak performance,” said Sara Blackmer, FluidLogic’s CEO who is also a senior partner at Solyco Capital. “It improves reaction times, sustains focus, increases endurance, and prevents overheating by improving heat tolerance.” Blackmer is the CEO of FluidLogic and a Senior Partner at Solyco Capital.
