Zeeshan Bhatti is a finance professional with nearly a decade of experience in venture investing, economic development, asset management, and tax incentive procurement. His expertise spans financial analysis, multi-asset investing, and incentive negotiations, with a track record of supporting high-growth startups and established businesses through capital deployment, strategic partnerships, and economic development initiatives. 

 

Zeeshan Bhatti has a track record of managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, securing financial incentives, and driving strategic growth for startups and established businesses. He has overseen early- and growth-stage investment vehicles, managing over $70 million in active investments across industries and leading due diligence on deals exceeding $4 million. His expertise includes structuring and negotiating state and local tax incentives, having secured more than $7.5 million in incentives for businesses across multiple states. Additionally, he has helped companies obtain nearly $750,000 in federal R&D credits and facilitated nearly $2 million in vendor perks and credits for startups. Zeeshan has also played a key role in economic development initiatives, advising business leaders, shaping sector-specific business attraction strategies, and facilitating access to capital. 

 

Beyond his professional work, Zeeshan is passionate about community development and philanthropy. He founded Sweat4Syria, a charity 5K run that raised $12,000 to support Syrian refugee families in Louisville. He has served on nonprofit boards and worked with government agencies to deploy innovative community development pilot projects.

 

Zeeshan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bellarmine University and a Master’s in Global Economic Governance and Public Affairs from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. He has also completed specialized training in data analytics and front-end web development, further enhancing his ability to integrate technology and finance in business strategy.
