Lee Forster
Lee brings over 15 years of leadership, strategic growth and entrepreneurial experience in healthcare, biotech, and consumer wellness, alongside a strong track record of scaling businesses internationally.
Before joining Solyco, Lee was a General Partner at Praetura Ventures, where he launched and managed the GMC Life Sciences Fund in partnership with government and industry. Earlier in his career, he advised US corporations including S.C. Johnson, where he led eCommerce innovation, and Rich’s Food, where he supported strategic M&A initiatives.
As an entrepreneur, Lee has co-founded and expanded businesses globally from the UK, earning recognition in leading media outlets. He also founded LELLE & Co, providing strategic advice on M&A, market expansion, and growth strategy to investors and companies. His board and advisory experience spans healthcare, AI, and consumer businesses in the US and UK.
