Kim Keeling

Kim has spent 36 years in the world of banking, finance, and accounting in both small and large financial institutions. Starting at Liberty State Bank and Trust in the accounting department while attending college, she advanced through the department until the bank was purchased by Huntington National Bank where she managed the Funds Management and Business Analytics departments. In 1998 Kim had the opportunity to join a de novo bank in southeast Michigan, working as Controller, CFO and Corporate Secretary while adding a mortgage division and helping grow the bank to $750 million in Assets. In 2010 she joined Main Street Bank as Controller, handling day-to-day accounting operations, monthly and quarterly reporting for the board of directors, investment committee, and regulators, as well as accounting and budgeting for their large-scale mortgage operations. She remained with Main Street Bank through the sale to Superior National Bank where she continued in a similar capacity for this billion-dollar financial institution.

 

Kim has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Davenport University as well as being a graduate of the Financial Managers School at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin.

 

In her free time, Kim is dedicated to advocating for dogs and has been the adoption director and foster for a nationwide doodle rescue for the past thirteen years. She enjoys spending time at home in Oxford with her husband and doodles.
