Jason Lee

With 25 years of experience across top global consulting firms including Korn Ferry International, DHR International, and Boyden, Jason Lee is currently the Managing Director at KSC International, co-CEO at Solutionist, and managing director at Solyco Capital Asia. He has been instrumental in leading global services and business development initiatives, serving Fortune 500 clients across Hong Kong, Korea, Greater China, Singapore, Japan, and beyond.

Jason’s career includes working with over 50 client organizations across Asia and globally, with a focus on talent acquisition, business growth, and strategic consulting. He has provided executive search services for prestigious clients such as Samsung Group, LG Electronics, SK Group, SUNTORY Holdings, HUAWEI, TENCENT, and Alibaba. His early career includes key roles at Electric Data Systems and Honda Motor Company.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Ohio State University and studied international business at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in English and Korean, proficient in Japanese, and conversant in Cantonese and Mandarin.
