Madison Gavulic graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with minors in Youth & Society and Cognitive Science. After graduating, she realized that a traditional path in psychology wasn’t the right fit and instead found herself drawn to the fast-paced world of business. She discovered her niche working alongside leadership teams, helping drive strategy and supporting executives in bringing their vision to life.
Madison thrives in dynamic environments where adaptability and problem-solving are essential. She is often described as a force multiplier—someone who enhances the effectiveness of those around her by creating structure, improving processes, and keeping strategic initiatives moving forward.
