Matt brings more than 20 years of elite service and leadership, having served as a Special Forces Green Beret, Tier One Special Operator, CIA Operations Officer, and Command Sergeant Major. He joined Solyco through Alder’s inaugural fellowship of the OBSIDIAN Tier One Transition Program, a generational leadership group. In his role, Matt supports strategic relationships and ecosystem mapping to advance Solyco’s mission. His Special Operations background, coupled with a dynamic, forward-looking mindset, positions him to create meaningful opportunities for our portfolio companies and investors.
