Operations and Finance Manager

Job Description:

Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities. Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals. Help prepare analysis, commentary and presentation material for Executive Leadership Team meetings, operational reviews, management meetings & financial reviews. Perform detailed analyses and provide insight and summaries to Senior Management based on data from a variety of internal sources. Develop Excel-based models, pivot tables and slicers to improve processing time and gain additional reporting capabilities. Involvement in the development of annual operating plan and forecasts. Drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment. Keep updated on industry and market trends.


Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics and 18 months experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,476.83 – $76,445.22 per year

Benefits: 401(k), Flexible spending account, Health savings account

Experience level: 2 years

Physical setting: Office Based Role

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday

Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
