Jordan is a Principal for the M1 Opportunity Fund, where he focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, leveraging his expertise in deal structuring, capital raising, and financial modeling. Prior to joining Solyco, he spent several years on Wall Street, starting his career at Goldman Sachs in New York. There, he specialized in equity capital markets, pre-IPO secondary trading, and derivatives hedging, building and scaling the firm’s pre-IPO direct secondaries trading business.
After Goldman, Jordan founded a startup in the consumer social space.
Following his time at Goldman, Jordan worked at the JPMorgan Private Bank, introducing him to a wide range of Family Office clients and shifting him to the HNW client segment from his time working strictly with institutions.
Later, he launched his own startup, blending his entrepreneurial spirit with his deep understanding of capital markets, though the venture ultimately became a formative learning experience. Armed with a technical foundation from his studies in computational finance at Carnegie Mellon and math, physics, and computer science at Michigan State, he brings a unique, analytical perspective to investment opportunities. At Solyco, Jordan is committed to driving innovative strategies that bridge institutional-quality deals with underrepresented markets.
